Any existing furniture can be moved, hidden, or re-arranged, if needed

The wood sofa and matching 2 chairs, and the 2 black lounge chairs, will be covered in ivory for events. (Wood dining table and 4 matching chairs have ivory seat cushions)

You can rent out matching throw pillows and throw blankets for any of the seating, and fire pit chairs. Also, matching planter pot covers if you want to use our existing, or you are renting plants/trees

There will be large, covered trash bins around the space to use

A Site Manager will be on premises

Restrictions

No drugs

Smoking allowed in designated area

No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.

Approved outside caterer allowed

Amplified music is allowed at certain times, we can discuss further

Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer

No open flames allowed

Firepit has designated logs to use only. They are on hand, and each burns for 2 hours.

Music/Event must end by 9:30PM. (Fridays & Saturdays)

Music/event  must end by 7:30PM (Sundays – Thursdays)
